	Our studio is open Monday - Friday 10- 6 pm (closed Fridays in July and August) when you may drop off or pick up work to be photographed. Photography of artwork is provided in our studio or on location by special appointment. It is important to us that you are satisfied. Our job is to provide the best possible translation of the art. As the client it is your responsibility to communicate clearly the purpose and intent of the photograph. We will assist you if you have questions and can make recommendations based on our expertise and experience. The following may help you prepare for your appointment and provide more information on our service: Formats Available 35 mm 4" x 5" 8" x 10" scanning from 35 mm slides scanning from 4"x5" transparencies Drop Off Flat work, such as paintings, drawings or anything that hangs easily on a wall, are usually dropped off and then picked up when the work is complete, in approximately two to three days, with the completed slides. We will look at the slides and the artwork together to be certain the work was represented accurately.
	Location Shoot We will travel to your location, such as a gallery, office, home, or studio to photograph work that is difficult to transport, or installed in a specific space. You need to block any daylight from the area where the shoot will take place. Ship your artwork to us You may ship or drop ship your artwork to us. We will return or forward the artwork per your instructions. Please contact us for special handling fees.
